Interviewed on online consumer experience
I recently attended the Leads2007 unconference (see my previous post), where I was interviewed on the future of online consumer experience.
The exciting part of it all was that most of what I spoke about was brought up by someone in the 50+ person group, including Connie from LowLender, Ike from Centrro, Tom from Oversee. You will also notice that the ideas that excite me in the online financial service space are those that don’t seem conceivable now — consumers controlling their information, credit report, forms (like the 1003), and your phone. Geezeo and Wesabe are making that possible to some extent. And, Google’s acquisition of GrandCentral is a sign for things to come where you can forget about the Do-Not-Call list and instead just trust Google to shield you from those awful phone solicitations.
