		<description>Interesting that NAI was declared ineffective in several recent press releases and the day after the announcement that GOOG/DCLK passed muster, they announced updated guidelines.  Sounds like penance to me.  

They are seeking public input about the guidelines.  Our attorneys just emailed us and are likely going to comment - I'll share what I can.
